Charn joined Catton & Tondelstrand Lawyers in November 2023, just a few months after relocating from New Zealand. As the Director of First Impressions, she plays a crucial role in welcoming clients and professionals to the firm. Charn ensures that everyone who contacts or visits the office feels at ease and valued, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Before joining CTL, Charn amassed a wealth of experience in various roles. She spent ten years as an Early Childhood Educator, fostering the growth and development of young minds. She then transitioned to a receptionist position at a successful mechanic workshop, followed by a role at a Residential Care Facility run by the District Health Board. These diverse experiences have equipped her with a deep understanding of the importance of kindness, compassion, and effective communication in making a positive impact on people’s lives.

Outside of work, Charn enjoys immersing herself in a good book while relaxing at the beautiful beach, combining two of her favorite pastimes. Her dedication to creating positive experiences both at work and in her personal life underscores her commitment to excellence and empathy in all she does.
